Our beautiful, organic, pointed cabbage is sweet, tender and can grow very large indeed. It's a traditional, heirloom variety called Filderkraut from Germany. It is the best type of cabbage for making Sauerkraut, because of its fine leaves and small core, but try it charred on the BBQ, simply steamed or raw in a salad - you'll love its mild sweetness.
