Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp Olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp salt
Avocado Lime dressing

Add all ingredients to a small blender / food processor and whiz until smooth. If you prefer a chunky dressing you can mash the avocado in a bowl, add the other ingredients and mix well. Serve on a crisp green salad.
