Mashed Cauliflower & Turnips

Ingredients

·1 pound turnips, peeled, trimmed, and cut
into 1" pieces
·1 pound cauliflower florets
·4 tablespoons grass fed ghee or butter
·3/4 teaspoon sea salt
·1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
·1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Directions

Steam the turnips and cauliflower until fork tender. Place steamed turnips and cauliflower with the remaining ingredients into a food processor. Blend until completely smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste, then serve as a side dish.
